MARIANNA MIKHALEVICH
Marianna Mikhalevich joined COOPER BROWN, APC as an Associate in 2023, bringing with her extensive experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining COOPER BROWN, APC, Ms. Mikhalevich worked as outside counsel for American Express National Bank, representing their interests in creditor’s rights actions throughout the state of California, where she negotiated millions of dollars in settlements. She now brings that same zeal and dedication to excellence to the field of workers’ compensation, advocating tirelessly for her clients to achieve the most efficient and desirable results.
Ms. Mikhalevich earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School where she was awarded the prestigious Stephen Kolodny Bridge Scholarship, and the Wiley M. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California. An alumna of California State University, Northridge, where she pursued her undergraduate studies, Ms. Mikhalevich gives back to her alma mater by now serving as a part-time lecturer of Business Law at the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics.
