EVELYN MEDINA

Evelyn Medina rejoined COOPER BROWN, APC in March 2023. She started practicing workers' compensation law in December 2016, but had a jump start to her legal career with three years of legal assistant experience at a leading workers' compensation defense firm before going to law school. Evelyn returned to CB, APC in 2023 after gaining insight and experience while working at a premier applicant's firm. She handles all aspects of litigation and excels in her thorough legal analysis and research. She has successfully represented insured and self-insured employers and their carriers, PEOs, staffing companies and municipalities. She demonstrates high quality, aggressive defense of her cases with impressive attention to detail. Her file handling philosophy includes implementing proactive case management strategies to achieve expeditious resolutions.
