Carol Herrera joined Cooper Brown, APC in 2023 and has practiced Workers’ Compensation defense for more than twenty years.  She has worked with a variety of PEOs, insurance carriers and their TPAs who have had coverage of companies ranging from fortune 100 companies to small businesses. She excels in taking cost saving measures for her defense clients by coming up with creative solutions to expedite closure.

She prides herself on bringing a sense of connection and familiarity with her clients in order to better understand their needs.  She provides individualized attention to the details presented by the facts of each case and their interplay with the insured. 

She enjoys the great state of California in its many forms taking in the nature and the beauty of California’s topography. She particularly enjoys practicing on a 9-Hole round on the golf course.
